'Giving is Receiving!'

December 16, 2005

This week has been a very special one because, from Monday to Thursday, we have renewed one of our traditions, that is, the Christmas campaign called "Giving is Receiving". This campaign has been organized and initialized by our School Counseling Office.

In this way, we have all participated very actively in gathering up toys, clothes, school supplies and lots of sweets. And here we are in the morning of 16th of December 2005, a group of 15 students and three teachers, with a bus full of presents, ready to go to the School and Kindergarten No 161, in Giulesti Street 486A, Bucharest.

Here we have found warmth and friendship and a lot of children have sung to us Christmas carols. We have played with the little ones, we have met the older ones and we have reached the conclusion that we could make up a partnership with this school for future educational projects.

Time has passed so quickly and the moment of saying goodbye finally came. We got back to our school, tired but happy for the success this campaign has had.
