According to the National Assessment and Accreditation Committee for Pre-University Education nr. 173 from 13.12.2003, approved by The Ministry of Education and Research, through the Secretary of Education 3204/10.02.2004, MTIS is authorized to open its high school doors in the fall of 2005.

After a careful examination of the most demanded options - by the middle school graduates of the last couple of years - the MTIS proposal is as follows:

  • 1. Math and Science with the following majors:
    • 1.1 Mathematics - Information Technology / 25 seats
    • 1.2 Earth Sciences / 25 seats

  • 2. Humanities with the following majors:
    • 2.1 Philology / 25 seats
    • 2.2 Social Studies / 25 seats
